I found the videos online/utube section a very usual visual tool for accessing all types of information from geographical material to information on what is on offer at other libraries and showing presentations. You have actual visual contact with others and is a good media research tool.

I had a little trouble getting through to Rivitilizer wiki site but I did read through it all and understand how it works. This would be a useful tool for sharing information and communicating with others. It would be good for interaction with library patrons and other librarians through different videos and social networking sites. I found the wiki experience very informative, I think this is a great resource for any subject that people with knowledge can comment on.

I find this site so interesting I could look at the photos all day. What a great site for accessing information on landscapes, maps or specific things all around the world. Flickr could also be a useful tool for displaying photos of our library at storytime and special events and equipment we have. I can see how this could be used for students assignments and gaining geographical information from all over the world.

I have had the opportunity to do a course through the Gundagai Library and to learn more about blogging and other things that may be useful for me at the Library and just in general. I love learning new things and find it is kinda addictive. The more you learn, the more you want to know.
