I found the videos online/utube section a very usual visual tool for accessing all types of information from geographical material to information on what is on offer at other libraries and showing presentations. You have actual visual contact with others and is a good media research tool.
It's also important to be able to locate information via Youtube to answer reference questions - for example a lot of politicians use YouTube to make annoucements etc.
